A STRONG PACIFIC JET STREAM WILL TAP INTO SUBTROPICAL MOISTURE AND
SEND A COLD FRONT INTO THE WESTERN GREAT BASIN ON MONDAY. SOUTHERLY
WIND WILL INCREASE ACROSS UTAH ON MONDAY AHEAD OF THIS STORM. THE
COLD FRONT WILL DROP ACROSS NORTHERN UTAH TUESDAY MORNING AND BECOME
A FOCUS FOR SIGNIFICANT PRECIPITATION OVER CENTRAL AND NORTHERN UTAH.
VALLEY RAIN AND MOUNTAIN SNOW WILL CONTINUE TUESDAY NIGHT BEFORE
TAPERING OFF WEDNESDAY MORNING. SOME PRECIPITATION WILL ALSO DEVELOP
ACROSS SOUTHERN UTAH.

SIGNIFICANT SNOWFALL IS POSSIBLE OVER THE CENTRAL AND NORTHERN
MOUNTAINS OF UTAH.
